At SR Pantry, we are committed to delivering fresh and high-quality traditional food products to our customers. Since our products are food items, we follow a strict refund and return policy to maintain quality and hygiene standards.

Returns & Replacements

We accept returns or replacements only in the following cases:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Damaged product received
  • Package received in poor condition

Customers can apply for return with 24hrs after receiving the product

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products
  • Taste preferences or personal dislikes
  • Orders reported after 24 hours of delivery

Replacement policy 

The replaced product will be delivered in 5-7 business days

Refund Process

Once the issue is verified by our team, eligible refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
